The units are in good condition. the staff are very helpful and experienced. - the hotel is located in an amazing and fantastic spot in the old quarter, close to tourist destinations, restaurants, and markets.

Amazingly central location, just a short walk away from a shopping mall 😊. the double room comes with a very spacious bed along with a private safe, air conditioning, and even a mini bar for your convenience.

The room we booked was modern with a SENSATIONAL breakfast. the bed was good, great night sleep. - the staff were pretty friendly, you should know it. - the location was marvellous for walking around a majestic church.

We had a fantastic stay at Golden Moon Suite. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our needs, from arranging airport transfers to helping us find a pharmacy. The beds were super comfortable, and the separate bathroom was a nice touch. The breakfast had a great selection, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay in Hanoi.

I recently stayed at a hotel in the heart of a vibrant city and I couldn't have been happier with my experience. the location was absolutely fantastic, placing me right in the center of all the bustling markets and attractions. I could easily explore the city on foot and there were plenty of restaurants nearby to satisfy my hunger.

The hotel offered a taxi to the airport, but it was expensive. We agreed to pay it, but the taxi was late, which caused some stress for us before our flight.

This hotel was more than comfy, with an amazing bed and super soft sheets. The rooms were spacious and extremely clean, providing all the basic amenities you need. The location was superb, within 10 minutes from Central Hanoi and 5 minutes from the lake and other beautiful places. It was ideal for exploring the Old Quarter of Hanoi and being on a bis with the party cruisers. The breakfast was delicious, with quality food to get your day started, and it was nice to eat overlooking the surrounding area.
